Fantastic Team PA opportunity in Investment Bank in heart of Docklands.
Currently recruiting for experienced TEMPORARY Team PA working within Investment Banking Division.
General duties involved:
- Supporting team of up to 10 people
- Extensive diary management
- Travel coordination including itineraries, foreign
currency and visas
- Document control
- Full admin support for team
- Arranging conference calls
- Working hours between 8:00am – 6:00pm
Ideally a PA/Team PA with previous banking experience. Possibility of the role to convert from Temporary to Permanent for the right individual.
Paying up to £15.00 per hour.
