This fairly small but very successful company based very near Green Park station is looking for a top notch GERMAN SPEAKING PA to join there friendly team. They're based in lovely offices and your role will be working directly for the absolutely delightful CEO in a 1:1 capacity. You'll be doing lots of diary management, travel and meeting arranging - dealing with personal & business administration, so must be very well organised and enjoy dealing with clients. Translation work from German into English & vice versa is required as well as client liaison (dealing with PR agents, lawyers, HR consultants etc) and ad-hoc project work . Above all, this company is looking for someone experienced on the PA side, who has bilingual level German, is friendly, smart and flexible who will muck in and be happy to help out in all areas if ever required.
