Your duties will include general secretarial support including diary management, booking meetings, and creating and amending documents. You must also have experience of preparing first draft documents including initial and amended and restated memorandum and articles of association; incorporation resolutions and documents, board minutes and directors resolutions; powers of attorney, mutual fund documentation, and entries for registers of mortgages and charges. You must also have familiarity with due diligence checks as requested by the lawyer. This is a busy and varied role, working for an international renowned company.
